1. 100% Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping) Please be strictly aware of the nature of our business: This is a digital product store. No physical items are shipped. We do not use postal services, couriers, or shipping carriers. Because there is no physical shipping involved, you will not receive a tracking number, and there are absolutely no shipping fees or handling charges applied to your order at checkout. Your purchase consists entirely of downloadable computer files.

2. Digital Delivery Process We have designed our delivery system to be as fast and seamless as possible. Here is exactly how you will receive your digital products after a purchase:

  • Purchase: Once you add your desired designs to your cart and successfully complete the payment process at checkout.

  • Automated Email: Our system will immediately process the transaction and automatically dispatch an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout.

  • Click to Download: Inside this email, you will find a secure download link. Simply click the link to be directed to your download page.

  • Use Your Files: Download the provided ZIP folder to your computer or device, extract the contents, and you are ready to start crafting! Alternatively, if you created an account on our website, you can log in at any time to access your files directly from your "Account Download Page."

3. Delivery Timeframe Because our delivery method is purely digital, delivery is instant. You can expect to receive the automated download email within 1 to 5 minutes after your payment has been verified and confirmed by our payment processor.

4. Included File Formats Upon downloading your purchase, you will receive a compressed ZIP folder containing the digital designs in the following industry-standard formats, compatible with popular cutting machines like Cricut and Silhouette:

  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

  • DXF (Drawing Exchange Format)

  • PDF (Portable Document Format)

5. Download Access and Limits We believe that once you buy a design, it is yours to keep. There are currently no expiration dates on your download links. As long as you keep your Vektor Kraft LLC account active, you can log in and re-download your purchased files as many times as you need. However, we highly recommend saving a backup copy of the downloaded ZIP folders to your personal computer or cloud storage for safekeeping.

6. Troubleshooting: Didn't Receive Your Email? If more than 10 minutes have passed since your purchase and you have not received your instant download email, please follow these steps:

  • Check Spam/Junk Folders: Occasionally, strict email filters may route automated emails to your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. Please check these folders first.

  • Verify Your Email Address: Ensure there were no typos in the email address you provided at checkout.

7. Pricing and Taxes Please note that the product prices displayed on our store do not include United States taxes.
