A: SVG, DXF, PDF. SVG works with Cricut & Silhouette. PDF includes assembly instructions.
Q: Compatible with Cricut/Silhouette?
A: Yes! Tested on Cricut Maker, Explore, and Silhouette Cameo before release.

Q: Can I sell products made with your designs?
A: Yes! Commercial license included. Sell finished physical products. Do NOT resell digital files.
Q: How many items can I sell?
A: Unlimited physical products from one design purchase.
--- REFUNDS & SUPPORT ---
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Digital products = generally final sale. We refund for corrupted/defective/missing files or duplicates.
Q: Having trouble with a file?
A: Email sale@vektorkraft.com with order number. Response within 24 hours.
Q: Recommended paper weight?
A: 65lb (176gsm) to 80lb (216gsm) cardstock. Guides include specific recommendations.

Q: What size are the designs?
A: Most are 8x8" or 8x10". Listed in each product description.
Q: Can I resize?
A: Yes, SVG is vector = resize without quality loss. Very small sizes may make intricate cuts difficult.
--- TAX & DUTIES ---
Q: Are taxes included in the product price?
A: No, the prices displayed on our store do not include taxes.
