1. Nature of Our Products (100% Digital)

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All products sold on Vektor Kraft LLC are 100% digital items. Our files are delivered in standard digital formats (SVG, DXF, PDF, and PNG).

Upon completing your payment, you will receive an instant download link to access your files. There are absolutely no physical products, and no items will be shipped to your physical address. Because digital files cannot be physically returned once they are downloaded, our standard return and refund policies differ from those of traditional physical goods.

2. General Return Policy

Because our products are intangible digital goods that are instantly delivered, we do not accept traditional returns. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" to us in a way that guarantees it has not been copied or used. However, we stand behind the quality of our designs and do offer refunds or replacements under specific, limited circumstances outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to have a seamless crafting experience. You are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date strictly under the following conditions:

A. Situations WHERE WE WILL Issue a Refund:

  • Corrupted or Defective Files: If the file you downloaded is corrupted, broken, or cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to provide a fixed, working version of the file within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Missing File Components: If the downloaded folder is missing advertised file formats (e.g., the product description stated SVG, PNG, and PDF, but the PNG is missing), and we cannot supply the missing files.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same design file more than once in separate transactions. We will happily refund the duplicate charge.

B. Situations WHERE WE WILL NOT Issue a Refund:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want or need the file after purchasing and/or downloading it.
  • Software or Machine Incompatibility: You discovered that the files (SVG, DXF, PDF, PNG) are not compatible with your specific software, cutting machine, or operating system. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to check the supported file formats of their machine (e.g., Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Brother ScanNCut) prior to purchase.
  • Lack of Expertise: You do not possess the necessary software knowledge or crafting skills to utilize the files to create the final physical product.
  • Accidental Purchase: You purchased the wrong design by mistake and have already downloaded the files.

4. Commercial License Revocation

All of our files include a commercial license for the buyer. Please note that if a refund is processed and granted for any reason, your commercial license to use that specific design is immediately revoked. You must delete all downloaded files associated with the refunded order and cease any production or sale of items using that design.

5. How to Request a Refund or File Support

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, or if you simply need help with a corrupted file, please follow these steps:

  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request - Order #[Your Order Number] (or "File Support" if you just need a fix).
  3. Include the email address you used to make the purchase.
  4. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue. If the file is corrupted or causing software errors, please attach uncropped screenshots of the error message to help us troubleshoot and expedite your request.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 1 to 2 business days. If your request is approved in accordance with this policy, the refund will be processed immediately.

The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to officially post to your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
